Privacy Policy
Updated September 10, 2026
This notice explains how Keirnes Consolidated LLC handles personal information through this website, its inquiry form, and the authorized Keirnes operating platform.
Information we collect
When you submit an inquiry, we collect the contact and business information you provide: name, email address, telephone number, company, website, revenue range, area of interest, and message. We also record submission time and your acknowledgement of this notice. Do not submit passwords, government identifiers, bank account numbers, or sensitive transaction documents through the public form.
Website and account information
Our hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser information, request time, and requested pages to deliver and protect the service. The authorized platform uses session cookies and may use browser storage to maintain account state and workspace preferences. Public pages also load fonts and interface resources from third-party content providers, which receive the technical information needed to serve those resources.
Connected Google services
Authorized users may connect Google accounts. Depending on the permissions granted, the platform can access Gmail messages and metadata, calendar events, and Drive metadata for the features the user enables. A separate, optional Gmail sending permission supports inquiry email alerts to the authorized Keirnes account. It does not require reading the mailbox for that alert feature. Access is limited to the permissions approved through Google.
How information is used
We use inquiry information to review the business opportunity, respond to you, arrange discussions, and maintain our business records. Platform information is used to provide authorized inbox, calendar, research, drafting, and workflow functions. We also use information to operate and secure the service, address support requests, comply with applicable obligations, and establish or defend legal claims. An inquiry is not consent to unrelated bulk marketing.
Service providers and disclosures
Information is processed by providers supporting hosting, storage, communications, and requested features. Website inquiries are stored in private Vercel storage. If Google email alerts are enabled, an inquiry is also delivered through Google to the authorized Keirnes mailbox. Authorized personnel may review information for the relevant business purpose. We may disclose information where required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal information or use connected Google data for advertising.
Google data restrictions
Keirnes Consolidated's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google data is used for the disclosed user-facing features, not to train generalized artificial-intelligence models. Connected data is not transferred to unrelated research or advertising services. Any additional use requiring permission will be presented before that feature is enabled.
Retention and security
We retain information for the time reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including business records, security, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Retention depends on the type of record and the relationship; an inquiry does not establish an indefinite retention requirement. We use access controls, authenticated administrative access, HTTPS, and encryption of stored Google authorization tokens. No system or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You can ask to access, correct, or delete personal information by contacting payton@keirnesconsolidated.com. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting. Applicable law may provide additional rights, subject to eligibility and exceptions. We do not require you to waive mandatory privacy rights. Deletion may not extend to records we must retain or backups pending their normal replacement.
Disconnecting Google
You can disconnect inquiry alerts in the inquiry inbox. This stops future alerts and removes the stored sending credential for that feature; it does not delete previously delivered email or saved inquiries. You can also revoke the application's access in your Google Account connections settings. Contact us to request deletion of previously imported platform data.
International processing and children
Service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Protections may differ between jurisdictions; required transfer safeguards depend on the circumstances and applicable law. This business website and internal platform are not directed to children under 18.
Other sites and updates
Links to external sites and independently operated services are subject to their own notices. Material changes to this notice will be reflected in its updated date and, where required, through additional notice or consent. Contact payton@keirnesconsolidated.com with privacy questions.
