These terms govern use of the Keirnes Consolidated LLC website and authorized operating platform. A signed engagement, investment, transaction, or service agreement governs the relevant business relationship and takes priority where it conflicts with these website terms.
Website information
This website describes our business and capabilities for general information. It is not an offer to sell, or a solicitation to buy, any security or financial instrument; a commitment to provide capital; or an individualized investment recommendation. Any investment or transaction is subject to its own eligibility requirements, diligence, risks, approvals, and definitive documents.
No professional advice or guaranteed outcome
Website material is not legal, tax, accounting, brokerage, foreign-exchange dealing, or regulated investment advice. Obtain advice from appropriately qualified professionals for your circumstances. Inquiries and confidentiality
Submitting an inquiry allows us to review and respond to the information you provide. It does not create an engagement, fiduciary relationship, nondisclosure agreement, or obligation to accept an opportunity. Although access to submitted inquiries is restricted, do not transmit highly sensitive or transaction-confidential material until an appropriate agreement and secure exchange method are in place. You must be authorized to share the information submitted.
Authorized platform access
The operating platform and inquiry inbox are limited to approved users. Keep credentials and authenticator access secure, connect only accounts you are authorized to use, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You may not bypass access controls, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, or use the service unlawfully. Access may be limited or suspended to protect the service or address a breach.
Connected services and automation
Google and other third-party services have their own terms and availability limitations. You control the permissions you grant. Review research, drafts, extracted data, and business-critical actions before relying on them. Automated outputs can be incomplete or inaccurate. Enabling inquiry alerts authorizes the platform to send those notifications to the designated Keirnes account; it does not authorize unrelated outbound campaigns.
Content and intellectual property
Keirnes and its licensors retain rights in their website content, branding, and software. You may view the site for legitimate informational and business purposes. No broader right to copy, commercially redistribute, impersonate, or exploit protected material is granted. You retain rights in the information you submit and authorize its processing for the relevant inquiry or requested service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Third-party information
Company research, market information, links, and third-party content may change and may not have been independently verified. Inclusion does not imply an endorsement or an affiliation. A reference to a company or opportunity is not a representation that it is available for investment or sale.
Availability and responsibility
We take reasonable steps to operate the website, but it may be interrupted, changed, or contain errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided as available without additional implied warranties. To that same extent, Keirnes is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from reliance on general website content or temporary unavailability. Changes and contact
We may update these terms for future use by publishing the revised terms and date. Material changes affecting an existing contractual relationship remain subject to that agreement and applicable law.
